Most dev shops execute specs. I can't do that. Not because I won't, but because I notice too much.
The animation that doesn't quite land. The loading state that breaks the moment. The place where a user will hesitate, and why. I see these things, and then I can't unsee them, and then I have to fix them.
That's the work. You might show up with polished mockups. You might show up with a napkin sketch and an idea. Either way, you leave with something that clicks in a way you didn't expect.
I started in the military. Left on my own terms, took the discipline, left the rest. Then a decade at startups: building products, running operations, staying close to the people actually using the thing. Signal Fluid is where that experience lives now.
